Added 2025-03-20 18:14:01 +0000 UTCI really wanted to pop back in with like a billion chapters to dump on you all, but i missed the mark in a major way. I am genuinely so sorry for my recent absence. There’s really no excuse for leaving it for so long but, here goes anyway:

In preparation of book two, I’ve been looking into sharpening my writing chops, which basically meant hitting the books hard this last week and a half. And I have to say, trying to tie together a decent climax, AFTER learning what good plot structure actually looks like, is not a recipe for quick and easy decision making.
I’ve been second guessing, re-plotting, re-writing basically nonstop this last week (when I wasn’t lying facedown in a pool of my own inadequacies) which made actually getting to the writing process an ordeal and a half.
We’re here now though, two more chapters and an epilogue until book 1 is complete, and while there are still a billion things I’d like to change or edit, for now I’m more or less okay with where things stand.
Hate that the chapter deficit is still in full effect for tier 4, but I’m hoping to look into ways to write faster as well (without burning out haha 😓) in preparation for book 2.
Hoping to get my life together in book 2, as well as write something I can be genuinely proud of. Anyway, hope you all enjoy ❤️
