The human women don't have to be the only race to volunteer as well. Especially once the experiment to get males pregnant gains ground and positive results. Hopefully her "Futanari System" gives her the ability to get some Femboys and Hot Sissy Girls pregnant since they are almost always looking like sex slaves or possibly sex workers. This would make an excellent alternative to married women who have husbands that would definitely cause future problems. Especially during this war.
