Here's my depiction of his idea: A teenage girl and her extremely unreasonable mother. As a punishment, the mother has had her daughter surgically reduced to an SWB. She'd better be careful from now on if she doesn't want to lose her legs as well!
And considering her mother chest, she might have just lost quite a rack!

I would love too see a continuation to this. Maybe with the mother now reduced to just a limbless torso, or better/farther still, a ladypot.
