2024-03-28 13:39:45 +0000 UTCI think that Katara's sudden level up in power makes sense in that moment (zuko fire bomb) as she seems to be consistently at her most powerful when under duress. It was way more powerful than she'd previously been able to invoke herself because it was a pure instinct, potentially life or death knee jerk reaction lol. So idk I'm okay with it. I'm not hard to please though, as long as any changes or liberties taken make sense in some way I'm happy.

2024-02-24 14:43:18 +0000 UTCSo far so good. The “It can’t be” line from Zuko wasn’t because he was shocked to see the Avatar. It was because he was shocked to see the Avatar was a little kid. In the original show, he was fully expecting a battle hardened old man who had 100 years to master all of the elements. There are already some key differences from the original. That’s not necessarily a bad thing though. This one has a more serious tone compared to the original, but it still shows a bit of Aang’s playful side, which I appreciate. Definitely better than the movie so far. Speaking of, you should react to the movie after this. Compare and contrast.
