D: the director…is concerned about the growing civil unrest. It is nothing to worry about, of course, but she wants to make sure students are properly trained for any situation. The curriculum is already extensive, but she’s looking to…refine it a bit.
B: she’s…planning on using students to pad out her forces if there’s any sort of uprising?
