Great Great Asset Chapter 24

To say the least... I had the best sleep of my new life as I was sandwiched between Akitsu and Musubi. I was safe, surrounded not only by sexy and powerful aliens, but also a couple of other outliers. 

Though as was well as I slept that 'night' I was soon awoken by Musubi's excited and joyful humming as she doodled on my chest with her finger as she stared up at me lovingly.

And as I blearily opened my eyes... And saw the simple, pure, and unfiltered love within Musubi's eyes. I knew I was fucking cooked as this Sekirei was going to be with me for the rest of my life.

And then Musubi, seeing my eye's open and blinking at her slowly as I woke up. She did the most natural thing of course and leaned forward with her tits brushing against my chest as she scooted forward to give me a loving peck on the lips that had her Sekirei glowing wings pop out of her back weakly.

"Good morning, my beloved Ashikabi!" Musubi said happily, with Akitsu giving a slight hum as she woke up as well at Musubi's voice in my other arm.

I gave a slight chuckle with my hand around Musubi's waist, squeezing her before I said a bit tiredly. "Ahhh. Any idea what time it is, Musubi?"

The fist type Sekirei blinked at my question before she said bluntly. "I have no idea... I could get up and look, but I don't want your arm to leave me. I don't want to get out of bed with you. And I don't think Akitsu wants to move either."

There was a moment as I just smiled at Musubi's honest love and clinginess before I heard Akitsu, who still had her face buried on my other, mumble out. "We need to get up. Jake needs his cheat, I need coffee, and I want to sit in his lap while we eat breakfast."

Musubi raised an eyebrow at Akitsu's words before she hummed and then nodded and said firmly. "Fine, Akitsu, I know you like slow mornings, so you get to sit in Jake's lap in the morning as I bring food. Then I get to sit in his lap for lunch. And then for dinner, we can take turns feeding him!"

Akitsu finally lifted her head up from my chest with her bleary eyes looking over at Musubi before Akitsu nodded and said bluntly. "That is wonderful... Let's go get my coffee now, then."

Meanwhile, even as Akitsu and Musubi were deciding my fate I was still just waking up myself but at the end I couldn't help a chuckle as I spoke. "And who will be the one cooking breakfast if not me?" 

Both of the Sekirei paused and looked like they were utterly doomed at the thought of their 'carefully' thought-out plans being cut out from beneath them by the cold reality of life.

I gave both Sekirei a nudge as I sat up with a slight grunt and sigh as my Aura-enhanced strength allowed to move the girls up to their own sitting positions. "Alright girls, let's get going... You both need to get dressed as well and so do I."

My clothes and kit were a bit of a pain to actually get on as I had several layers on, not to mention my travel bag and of course, my infinite ammo Vector and AA12 that took a bit to get properly strapped to my body.

Once I got dressed, and my weapons strapped into my bag. We left our large office room turned bedroom and headed out of the courthouse to head towards the grocery store where our food and supplies were stored so I could make us food.

"Come oooooonnnn Fubuki! Just a single box of frozen fish pleaseeeee!" I heard Kuroka whine loudly as we walked into the store, turned storage area, cooking area, and dining hall.

Kuroka the Nekoshou was floating in the air while surrounded by a green force field as Fubuki used her telekinetic powers to keep the damned catgirl form ravaging the freezer containing all the frozen fish we collected from the school yesterday.

"Hell no, Kuroka. I know you all too well, I let you have a single damned fish outside of meals and then the next thing I know we are all out of fish... Again!" Fubuki snapped with clear irritation.

I smiled wryly seeing this before me and then I coughed to get the two ladies' attention before I spoke to both. "Well, how about I cook you some fish-based breakfast, Kuroka? And how about you, Fubuki, what would you like for breakfast?"

The two women paused at my words before Kuroka perked up and said happily. "Wait you can cook something for breakfast that isn't just like miso and fish for breakfast?" 

I nodded, though Fubuki then said in a more reasonable voice. "Hmm, just some waffles, eggs, and a good cup of coffee if you can make it, please."

Knowing that both of my Sekirei, especially Musubi were heavy eaters I sent Musubi to sit down while I had Akitsu help me prep the food I was going to be cooking. "What about the rest of the ladies of the group? Will they be having breakfast as well? Hell, will I be meeting them soon?"

As I still hadn't seen Karasuba, Lust, Feixiao, Uzume, Hibiki, Hikari, Rangiku, and Kusano. Though out of all those people, I was most worried about seeing Karasuba without a cheat or anything.

Still Fubuki responded as she folded her arms under her chest while leaning on one of the freezers as she watched me cook.

"The rest typically wake up later in the day. Especially the alcholics, though Lust right now is likely up and just reading privately she isn't much for food and conversation."

Said alcholics being, Karasuba, Feixiao, Rangiku and probably a couple others as well. Still I hummed and said easily. "Well I can easily meal prep some breakfast burritos they can nuke in the microwave at least."

Still, I got to work on the ladies' requests. For Musubi, who needed a lot of energy, she got a grilled chicken chopped up and added to a bunch of re-hydrated eggs I added protein powder to the milk that re-hydrated the eggs with before I fried the eggs and chicken in some boiling salsa.

Then, for Akitsu, who had a simpler taste I made her a large bowl of white rice and chicken before setting out a few bowls of sauces she could dip her bites of chicken and rice into to get all the different flavors she could want.

"Hmm, have you ever had deviled eggs and tuna before?" I asked Kuroka curiously who blinked at my question.

"Nope! But I am more then willing to try haha!" She said honestly, and so I got to work boiling the eggs to get them ready, and then taking some smoked salmon and crushing it into a paste that was then mixed with some spicy mayonnaise before I made the deviled eggs with the tuna paste being used as a filler for the deviled eggs.

Then I made Fubuki her own meal which was to say the least extremely simple, but I decided to spice up her coffee as I made it expresso thick and then melted a chunk of high-quality orange-flavored chocolate into her expresso.

I then sat down to eat my own food as the girls dug into their food.

And as Fubuki took a sip of her coffee... She paused before she looked up at me and said with a helpless smile. "If my sister were here and tasted this. She would have broken your legs to keep you at her side to be her coffee-making slave."

Kuroka, on the other hand had her two tails behind her swirling with joy as she slowly and carefully ate her food with savoring each bite.

"I see..." I said with a wry smile as what other answer could I have. Though afterwards, I looked over at Kuroka and Fubuki before asking. "So what are you two ladies doing today?" 

Kuroka and Fubuki shared a look before Kuroka shrugged and said lazily. "I am going to probably tear through some of the fae in this realm today. I don't particularly want to rush through that desert badlands realm."

Fubuki then said with a clear roll of her eyes. "Someone has to stay here and watch the supplies. Although the fae of this realm are weak and can only do some minor illusions. Someone HAS to be watching the supplies, our stuff has been destroyed before when we didn't have someone watching."

Musubi and Akitsu grimaced along with Kuroka, who said in a quieter voice. "That was a hard week... It was in that badlands realm where those giant green orcs blew up our supplies store with a rocket launcher."

I nodded slowly in understanding as I realized that I couldn't get either of them to help me. Then I got up and put the rest of my food away into an ice-filled lunch box so I could have lunch later.

"Think there is anyone who would be interested in helping me and these two kill some of those roaches in the city realm? For some points, I can use to buy stuff for you guys and myself?" I asked curiously.

The girls paused at my question before Akitsu said thoughtfully. "Well, besides Karasuba. There is Uzume, and the twins Hibiki and Hikari. They don't have any issues in combat."

I did notice how she only mentioned the Sekirei, even if I knew that Feixiao was likely to be far stronger than any of the Sekirei, seeing as Miya wasn't in this verse. 

"Hmm what about Rangiku?" I asked curiously.

All four women shared a look before Musubi smiled weakly and said. "Rangiku is awesome and all but she is also very lazy. And prefers to just do roaming patrols of this realm."

I sagged in place before I realized that Matsu would also be kinda useless as there woudn't be any major tech for her to synch with. Then as though just waiting for this, the door to the store was pushed open and I looked over to see Tsukiumi strolling into the long room.

There was a pause as Tsukiumi just stared at me and I saw a flush fill her cheeks before she stuttered. "Ah! You are here! Uhm yes it is breakfast time, so will you make me something as well?"

I gave a knowing chuckle before I grinned and said easily. "Yeah, sure no problem. You still want a light breakfast?" 

Tsukiumi, who was still obviously reacting to me as a Sekirei meeting her own Ashikabi just nodded shyly as she squirmed a bit as she took my previous seat.

I quickly made her a set of breakfast before I looked over to Akitsu and Musubi who were finishing their third servings and I said. "Are you two ready to go? Or should we do anything else."

And Tsukiumi asked quickly. "Where you three going?"

Before I could respond, Musubi being the total sweetheart she was giggled and said happily. "Oh we are going to go kill alot of monsters and grab some primordial energy items in that roach-city realm. So Jake can get us a whole cargo container of treats, drinks, and he can get himself some powers!"

There was a pause as Tsukiumi blinked at Musubi's quick answer before she herself paused as she said in realization. "Ah yes, Jake himself has a demensional braclet and he can send stuff monster corpses easily. And with all those bugs there it will be easy to get alot of monster corpses to sell... Especially if Fubuki was willing to help drag the corpses into piles."

Fubuki however coughed and said flatly. "Excuse you, I have watch duty for our supplies for the next three days remember. If I leave, Feixiao is going to kick me through a building."

"She totally would do that hahaha! She did that to me as well when I challenged her to a fight!" Musubi said in total agreement.

Then Tsukiumi coughed and then while not making eye contact with me, she cleared her throat and said. "Ahem, well how about I come then Jake? I- 50-50! I get fifty percent of the points of the monsters I bring you and then you can just buy whatever I want later?" 

I coudn't help a small smile at how the proud blond stacked Sekirei was trying to not beg to be able to come with us. Hell with how we would be moving in close quarters on the way to the realms. It was likely she was going to lose her shit with how she was reacting to me clearly.

Hell even Kuroka and Fubuki could see how down bad Tsukiumi was as she squirmed in place. But still, I said easily. "Alright that's fine. I really appreciate the help Tsukiumi." 

Which was true, I definetly would appreciate the help as this multiverse of horrors and suffering wasn't worth chancing anything happening... Like what if we ran into more hostile waifus or whatever like those vampires?

At the memory of those vampires and Ada Wong, I hid a scowl and then I took a deep breath before I said. "You girls grab anything you want to bring with. I am going to make sure the go-kart is full on power."

With the extra servings of food packed up I made my way out and towards the back of the store with my gun resting in my arms with Musubi and Akitsu walking beside me as they apprently didn't have anything else to bring.

"So that destroyed city realm with the giant humanoid cockroaches, is there any supplies we should be trying to get as well?"

Both Musubi and Akitsu shook their heads with Akitsu saying bluntly. "Those monster's took almost all the food and threw them into their main nest to make a giant mold slop that their young can eat. While they also throw anything they kill into the pile as well."

Checking the batteries and such I found both the cart and the spare batteries I set to charge earlier were in fact well charged at this point so I shrugged and said. "Well we can still bring the rope cart as well. Being able to pick up some toilet paper and other items would be nice."

With that we loaded up into the go kart and I drove us out to the front of the court house as Tsukiumi was getting her own supplies.

A few minutes later as I relaxed a bit and felt Musubi leaning on me a bit as we waited, I saw Tsukiumi leaving the courthouse with her carrying a backpack on her back, but also then from the courthouse I heard a loud whine.

As Matsu, the technology controlling Sekirei was whining as she was clearly being left behind. "Wuwu! How could you leave me with just Karasuba and Kusano watching our town Tsukiumi!"

"Lust, Rangiku, Kazehana, and a half dozen others are still here Matsu... You know I can't bring you out with how the automatic turrets are locked down here. You can't defend yourself in that realm." Tsukiumi said with some exasperation.

At that point however Matsu turned me and I saw a flush enter her cheeks before she giggled pervertedly and said. "Hoho? I see how it is then. Alright, alright. Let no one say that Matsu is a stick in the mud then. I will getcha later then Jake haha!" Matsu laughed.

The total emotional whiplash actually made me pause before I realized that she was 'claiming me' so to speak with Musubi and Akitsu being Sekirei didn't have any jealously besides Tsukiumi with her pride huffing before she looked at me, specifically my lips and blushed.

I shook my head and then said firmly. "Are we ready to get going now?"

The three then gave forms of assent and with a slight whine of the electric cart it shot off with Musubi jumping out of the cart as we got close to the giant wooden walls that surrounded the town to push open the gate.

Then we were off as we drove through the eternally twilight or otherwise dark forest as we headed for the realm weak point.

The ride through the forest was rather quiet until we hit the world border and as we passed through it. And our faces were hit with the hot air of the badlands realm, Tsukiumi broke the silence with a slight groan of comfort as Akitsu filled the cart with cold air.

"The trip through the badlands with this cart and its speed is going to be like two hours. So settle in." I said with a wry smile as we kept driving.

But as we were driving through a particular flatland a series of roars hit my ears before Musubi who was beside me, grabbed me and jumped out of the cart as the sound of gunfire hit my ears along with the whining hiss of bullets shooting over our heads.

The cart rolled past us but then with a loud crash I heard and then saw a large wall of ice slam into the ground around us as Tsukiumi yelled out. "Misbeggotten green curs! I will wash you away!"

I got up and grumbled quickly as I pulled my Vector out from my side holster. "I got aura, I am fine." And without arguing thankfully Musubi got off me and with a roar of anger she jumped over the wall of ice and then I saw sparks as she punched several bullets out of the air before she jumped off towards whatever was shooting at us.

Likewise Tsukiumi got onto the wall and began shooting a laser of compressed water that made male voices across the way scream though Akitsu on the other hand stayed right next to me as I moved up to the ice wall as well.

I climbed up the wall and then a loud rumble rang out as Musubi slammed a fist into the ground that sent a massive spray of rocks and dirt into the air as she landed into the enemies.

"Supermutants?" I muttered before my face twitched as Musubi yelled as she punched a soccer ball sized hole through the chest of one of the super mutants chest before dashing to another super mutant and kicking it's head off by decapitating it with the heel of her foot.

Meanwhile, Tsukiumi was cutting other supermutants in half as she constantly channeled a beam of pressurized water that carved through the monsters.

My vector however with it's lovely infinite 45 ACP... Barely did more then get stuck in the muscles of the supermutants so I swiftly switched to the AA12 and used it's slugs to actually kill a couple of supermutants while using the cover of the ice wall to protect myself.
