Resin and Printer Settings Form

We've had repetitive questions about printer settings, resin settings, and room temperature. In order to help lessen the hassles, I want to gather all these information into one excel sheet where everyone can refer to easily :D
Do you mind taking a few minutes in filling in this Google Form? It'll really help our community. I'll be able to compile the information and make it into a table format. Once I have enough information, I'll share the excel :D

it's the first time I have so many printing fail. I use the same setting for other patreon, kickstarter or webdownload it always ok . With these I only have supports tree
