Tail Decorations

I like situations that are not really sexual but there is some touch that feels kinda intimate, and it causes a reaction and a blush x)

But maybe the first times it's very intense, while later they would be able to not get too hot and bothered about it!

Like the best friend who's helping his buddy tie a tie and his hand lingers too long after it's done. I'm also 100% here for sensitive tails and the situations they bring! I am curios though, if someone decorates their tail as a normal routine do they lose some of that sensitivity or does it become an always horney situation?
