Private Birthday Party

Hugh made the mistake of having a huge birthday party but didn't invite his eccentric neighbor Mr. Nigels. Nigels decided he would have his own "Private Birthday Party" with Hugh's helpless bare feet! I had fun with the mood lighting in this one. Hope you enjoy it!
