Not only her belly, but her once rather small boobs are full of milk now, and the growth is not stopping!
She is a bit overwhelmed, as she didn't expect pregnancy to be this rapid.

Not really sure what to add on this one. But for how big she is already, she's got to be able to carry all that weight. Maybe her thighs and butt go through a considerable growth spurt as well?
