Important Update + Important Patreon Benefit Poll

First of all: what happened to patreon and why does the website look like this lmao

Second of all: The Patreon backlog has been caught up! There were a few hiccups here and there, mainly running out of ink and having to wait for HP to send me more just for them to send me a defective pack of cartages and wait somemore and the fact that my post office isn't open on weekends and closes during incliment weather, but alas: Patreon envalopes have been caught up! Sorry it took ages, but thank you for understanding that I'm making these by hand at home by myself, the patience is greatly appreiciated!

Speaking of which; I'm really happy to have grown and welcomed a lot of new people here recently, but the current patreon model for benifits may not be the best for me health wise. Currently: the model I'm doing is two NEW stickers per month that can be chosen for the sticker benefit, and two new illustrations each month. This means that I print 4 different types of items, each in bulk, and have to sort, bag and label them individually. Each patreon that answeres the polls gets whatever combonation they select, so each baggie is made one-by-one for pats, so I can't make them in bulk. This is extremely time consuming and resource consuming as I'm just one pair of hands, and even more so when the options are broader (ie: pride stickers, each one would have to be made in bulk, print, cut, bagged, labeled, ect which is a lot with just two designs but much more when it's 8+ designs.)

This is not including the options for a requested print or sticker options that are avaliable sometimes. In total, there are usually 4 different poll choices: Main Sticker 1, Main Sticker 2, Fandom Random 1, and Fandom Random 2, so four different designs to make, not including print designs.

Before, this model worked out because the amount of patreons I had were low enough that I could get everything done usually by the 15th of the month, but this is no longer the case! Between the time it takes for supply, delivery, packaging, creating ect ect combined with my time being taken up with health issues and other home life stuff, this means that envalopes are being sent out later and later.

This also means that if there comes a time where I cannot physcially work on them due to injury or any other emergency or obligation, it can quickly turn into a backlog stacking with current ones that I'd be taking out on my own. I sorta wish I had packed my machinary and stuff with me went I went to PA those three weeks and worked there because even if I did as many as I could before I left, don't know if the vacation was worth the time if the next two months are spent trying to make up/keep up with the backlog resulting from it lmao.

So! Here's the proposition:

Keep the current model: two new sticker options + random options for sticker benefits and delivery time will be slow/about the pace that it's been these last two months, which has been very very slow.

OR

Go to ONE New sticker option a month, chosen by Patreon poll, with the option for either a random sticker of a different fandom, with this model cutting some time and hopefully making delivery time shorter.

As of right now, there's no proposition for a changed way to do Teir 3 Print benefits. I think I can still manage those if I do it correctly.

I'd ask you guys to select whichever model you guys prefer! If we keep the current way then delivery will be slow but you'll keep more options, and if we switch to the other then hopefully after giving it a test it would make delivery time faster.

I'm still getting to DMs on all social medias (Patreon, Tumblr, Insta) so please forgive me if I'm slow, but feel free to message again or comment if you think yours got lost in the sauce. All patreon envalopes prior to this date has been completed. If you are tier 2 and haven't gotten it yet, please comment because those were finished long first and should be close to you if not recieved already. If you are Tier 3 and are missing prints (especially if you are missing June + July combined envalopes) please be patient! Those were sent out recently and the post office in my town does not do weekends)

There is a chance that the postal service will send envalopes back to me if they cannot deliver it to you for some reason, so if this is a repeat occurance make sure your address is valid, your mailbox is accsesible, and that you're legally able to recieve mail at the location you put. (Based off of notes recieved with the returned letters, there's some other reasons here.)

Some people who have recieved their envalopes may have gotten DOUBLE the items they asked for despite not missing anything. If this happens, don't worry! Just keep it! I am only human and sometimes I will accidently put more stickers in a envalope than whats on file, or I'll make a duplicate envalope because Patreon didn't update my sheet or it had your name on there twice. There is no need to pay or send it back.  I would rather people get double or extra stuff rather than not get it at all. Consider it a thank you gift for your patience!

Also! I have added an option to request a refund just in case you are still missing your envalopes. I will gladly refund anyone who's having trouble recieving their stuff, and it's okay if you get your item after asking for a refund since it's terribley late. But please know that if you ask for a refund I cannot send another envalope for that refunded month to you.
