About the next project
Added 2022-04-28 18:39:06 +0000 UTCHeya. As you might have just noticed, R&R (Or at least its first chapter as I would call it if I go back to them), has finished! And I already know the next project I want to do. It'll be another comic. The title has not been decided yet, but it will be... Aedele going on a heist!
It was an option I considered even before R&R, but I was afraid I'd mess it up. R&R's more standalone comic pages felt like a more suitable way to get started.
But now, I'm going to do the Aedele heist. And I want to make one thing clear at first:
I will take my time to prepare this comic. Do not expect a new page for a few months. Instead I'll be sharing snippets and progress of my preparations (As well as a general status update of the preparations). I don't want to share the entire storyboards, as I think it'll be more interesting to find out what happens in the finished product.
As far as preparations are concerned, the most important thing I want to achieve is to storyboard the entire comic before I get to sketching. With R&R, I often felt the regret of hindsight, so with this comic I want to make sure I have a plan fully laid out, that I am confident (enough) in. My current plan is to finish it in roughly 12 pages, but if the storyboard demands a different page count, that will change.
