This game is being made in both Japanese and English, so even people who can't read Japanese can enjoy it.
We'll also be uploading a semen discharge animation that will be available only to paid members, which can be seen when you open the status screen immediately after the main character is ejaculated by a monster. Please take a look if you'd like!

The current status of the game's development is that you can defeat the boss monster in stage 1 and play up to the beginning of stage 2.
It looks like it will still take some time to complete, but I'll do my best to make it, so please look forward to it.
