Version 2.3x Roadmap

Hello all,

I am incredibly happy with the overall positive feedback the newest update has received, so it is time to look forward to the future! This next update will be one final house keeping update, just to ensure that both Act 1 and 2 feel fully fleshed out before finally moving on to Act 3. The following will be focus points.

Black Cat's Relationship Overhaul
First up is giving our first main love interest proper investment, with new scenes and a better route of progression. In general, I don't feel like I really captured Black Cat's mischievous personality quite right, so some of her rewrites will bring out that side of her.

Importantly, I am going to experiment with a few things here like branching dialogue options that reveal more about her character and give her some much needed dimension. I'm not quite sure how this will look as of now, but whatever I decide on will become the standard for love interests moving forward, which leads me to the next character.

Spider-Woman's Initial Events
In Ver 2.2, I was unable to find time to add more than Spider-Woman's introductory event, but fear not. This update should have at least one or two scenes for her, as well as the aforementioned new standard of relationship dialogue.

Reinar and the Landlord
Both Reinar and the Landlord have a couple more scenes each that need to be revamped, so expect improvements in those areas. I am also looking at ways to change up Reinar's progression a little bit. It is just non-linear enough to be a bit confusing. I might also push back his more dominant "rough" scenes narratively, that way there's a bit more build up to them. No concrete plans just yet, however.

School Punishments
Finally, we get to the part of the game that has had the least work: School. I have a few ideas of how to change these scenes up, but one of my stand-out options is to combine the school punishment AND Olivia Octavius scenes, where being punished for missing school means unknowingly submitting to Olivia and her hypnotic experiments.
