Could be that she inherited it through some sweepstakes, or received a mysterious text telling her to me up and "git free FOODZ". But that's not all that important, cuz what is important is Penny is gonna get a nice meal :3

It's to make it simpler, as I tend to draw belly stuff becoming full body expansion. Just sums it up better than just belly expansion imo.
