Fiona's First Session

Here is Fiona's first full session! She was experiencing trance for the first time and turned out to be an incredible subject, in fact one of the best I've worked with over the years. I hadn't noticed it originally but when editing this session I noticed that she does not blink when I have her in a frozen state, often for minutes at a time!

List of Suggestions:

• Full induction with a focus on deep relaxation

• She returns to trance while focused on an off-screen spiral (35 minutes)

• She feels as if her hand is tied to balloons while in trance (49 minutes)

• She becomes frozen in place like a statue whenever she hears the trigger word FREEZE (56 minutes)

• She doesn't blink whenever she's frozen, often for minutes at a time!

• She forgets the number four (1 hour)

• Her tongue becomes swollen and number when she tries to count (1 hour 4 minutes)

• She finds herself automatically repeating a phrase anytime I ask her how she feels (1 hour 9 minutes)

• She drops into trance over and over again instantly when I snap my fingers (1 hour 11 minutes)

• The call disconnects and we start our session a few minutes later

• She returns to trance while focused on an off-screen spiral (1 hour 17 minutes)

• She wakes as a mechanical robot (1 hour 30 minutes)

• She thinks she's a chicken (1 hour 31 minutes)

• She thinks she's a cat (1 hour 33 minutes)

• She thinks she's a puppy (1 hour 34 minutes)

• She dances as a robot (1 hour 36 minutes)

• She tries to dance as she feels her battery run out (1 hour 37 minutes)

• She returns to trance (1 hour 39 minutes)

• Her eyes roll briefly while she's in trance (1 hour 43 minutes)

• She thinks her hand has a mind of its own and it puts her into trance (1 hour 45 minutes)

• Her hand turns her into a chicken (1 hour 45 minutes)

• Her hand puts her in a trance again and has her follow a suggestion she thinks the audience wants to see (1 hour 47 minutes)

• She becomes entranced (1 hour 51 minutes)

• She repeats a few phrases while in a trance (1 hour 52 minutes)

• She says her own trigger while in trance (1 hour 54 minutes)

• A mental pleasure is built up in her mind while she's in trance (1 hour 56 minutes)

• I count her down to a pleasure release that wakes her from trance (1 hour 59 minutes)

• She automatically repeats a special phrase again when I ask her how she feels (2 hours 3 minutes)

• She instantly drops into trance over and over again when I snap my fingers again (2 hours 3 minutes)

• She thinks she's a chicken again (2 hours 5 minutes)

• She's goes into trance as a chicken (2 hours 8 minutes)
