However they take the form of and use the female pronouns. 2. It was answered by the creator that Rose got pregnant by using her gem powers to shapeshift the essential body parts needed into her body since gems don’t have them. 3. Remember gems change their forms whenever poofed so Garnet started like that and eventually over thousands of years ended up like this more than likely because she was poofed countless times. At least it’s implied 😅 Hope that could help. I didn’t want to answer any questions that would spoiler things for obvious reasons.
