Ok, I think I can some up “Fallen Arches” with one phrase: damned if you do, damned if you don’t. If the Powerpuff Girls actually dealt with the Ministry of Pain, I bet people would call them ‘elder abusers’; however, if they do nothing, they would be seen as cowards. There is another episode that has this dilemma as well, but for equal rights
