Hybrids:
Centaur: Dryder/Spider (spawn eggs/spider tokens, web etc.)
Angel: Firefly (support spells)
Succubus: Mosquito (maybe strong lifesteal but constantly lose hp/turn)
Plant: Broodmother (maybe stationary and spawns a lot of stuff, able to postion her etc.)
Lizard: something tanky, scales/chitin etc.
Mermaid: underwater centipede thing?
Harpy: Butterfly (maybe caterpillar which evolves on certain level)
Lava: Magma broodmother?(spawns explosive tokens)

Kinda forgot crustaceans are things that exist, those fit quite well. The things is its not really finding hybrids between for example lizards and insects but hybrids of human versions of those, so some features are awkward to inherit if the baseclass doesnt even have them(like movement of regular lizards). For the plant I thought both species are very fertile, so spreading different insect/plant spores everywhere would be cool (maybe summons like this, 4 skillSlots: 1 symbiotic: "sacrifice" self to grant a powerful buff, 2 parasitic: same with debuffs, 3 soldier: basic unit to attack 4 utility: positioning/healing skills). Would require a lot of mana but some insects will be able to collect and transfer mana to the queen (would also make it gameplay-wise useful to only have one queen and many insects)

2018-03-02 04:01:33 +0000 UTCMermaid: ShrimpGirl, LobsterGirl, Jellyfish? Lava: FireAnt, LavaBee, Obsidian Scarab? For the Lizard, a Scarab would have armor, but it isn't lizard-like. The Centipede would fit better here, it slithers on the ground like a lizard. A Frog would be a big stretch. We could also have an insect-like lisard instead of a lizard-like insect. A Chameleon would be great, but I don't know if we could do something with its camouflage. A lizard-like swarm Host could also fit. About the Plant, I think we would be missing an opportunity to do a plant/insect symbiosis creature.

2018-03-02 03:31:58 +0000 UTCCentaur fits well with spider I think with the upper human body, lower nonhuman one. Im dont actually like centipede much, though I think it fits quite well (multiple arms with no normal legs, snake-like body shape), I just didnt think of something better at the moment. I will probably have tentacles as some special baseSpecies so I wouldnt want to use that spot.
