Direction/Improvements?

Im trying to get to a point where I can work on this fulltime as soon as possible (Im currently at a weird level, where I feel responsible to deliver something, but cant really work on it fulltime) , so Im asking what is the worst/least appealing part of the game currently/the direction the game is headed,  so I can improve on that first.

Also I would like to know if anyone has ideas for good pledge-rewards etc. 

(Paywalling stuff is too weird to me, even if it works (I feel like most people, if offered the choice between either getting a new car or everyone in the world(including himself) getting a new car, would choose the first option) putting value in exclusivity is so annoying.)

(Doing stuff like "write a scene to be put in the game"/"design an npc" etc. where patrons basically pay to do a part of the creators job are also quite questionable)

(Releasing early versions for patrons is also awkward, because you would obviously want potential patrons to play the best version of the game)

Patreon rewards: Commission lottery. Each month you make a post for each patron tier where they can suggest picture ideas. Then you poll/randomly select one of them and draw it. Higher Patron tiers have more chances since there will be less suggestions on their raffle and they can also participate in lower tier raffles. You could also give varying restrictions to tiers, limiting the lowest tier to images you can reuse in the game while allowing higher tiers to suggest anything. All images can be given to everyone, only suggestions would be restricted by tiers. This system lets you spend a constant amount of time for "Patreon chore" each month even as the patrons numbers grows. Some people might also complain if the suggestion time ends before they become aware of it. It may also feel like a chore sometime and slow the game development a bit. But everything considered, I think this is a good option to reward patrons according to tiers without restricting content and without growing larger as patron numbers grow.

The first thing that I feel lacking is the first steps. There are lots of features and the only explanation you have is "go to the library". The library does have tons of informations, but it is a big wall of text that will intimidate some people. Many features are explained in a single line and it's easy to miss them. At the same time a guided tutorial would be heavy and annoying. A simple "?" button that shows/hide a help panel could help a lot without requiring too much work. Also most things are quite intuitive and you get around easily after a while. It is also satisfying when you discover a helpful feature like double-clicking a BaseSpecie in Customization. Most things that I'd like improved are related to balance, not mechanics. As John Belmont mentionned breeding stats is tedious and the Farmer bonus are hard to replace. I'll write a post about the balance issues I have later, as well as ideas for Patreon rewards.

In terms of Patreon options, you could potentially restrict some of the polls, or maybe release any art for future options a bit earlier for them. Just throwing out some ideas that aren't paywalling the actual game.

maybe consider partial things, like "$5 to put a reasonable name on an npc you like the look of" "$10 to put a name in on a reasonable name on a recurring object or location" "$20 to put a reasonable name on a plot important character" etc.

for me, futa = more feminine body shapes, but a dick is still involved. women just look better. but flip it around, if people like masculine shapes, and more normal relationships, futa goes about as directly against that as possible, without triggering "fuckit it's fantasy" suspension of disbelief. short example; it's why people hate umbridge more than voldemort in harry potter. the kind of mistreatment you can actually identify with will get to you more than the kind you can't, so if it's "fantasy 8 legged dragon fucking a robot" all connections to normal life are entirely out the window by the third word in a short description.

Personally I think breeding for better stats is the most annoying part of the game, especially when bad genetic traits pop out from nowhere, or come from you who obviously doesn't have them. However the lack of content also detracts from the game. Surprised to see futa/female mc voted so high. I wish we had some more detail as to why people don't like it, especially since you can be male. Maybe it's the fact that rituals require you to get dicked and many of the npc planned sex scenes have you as a bottom?

The MC could use some more content overall. This could range from more visual customization (something like hair color and length or height, muscle bulk or chubbiness). Maybe even personality traits or just a fleshed out backstory. If there's any character that would be worth the effort of all this, it's obviously the MC.
