April Billing Pause

One, I’ve been living out of a suitcase for the last month and a half at various places, some with a PC to use and some without, so while the words from the previous poll are done, I’ve been unable to type them up to post. Rather than let this continue to bottleneck things, I’m going to put the next poll up. With the untyped words and the words of the next poll winner, I’ll hit my word quota for the month, though they will be late. Two, I’ve graduated and found a job. This job is not nearby. Between catching up on March’s words, moving, and getting to know my students, I am not going to be able to hit my word target for April. Better for my stress levels and story quality if I just put a pin in it.
Now, the good news is that this new job - once I’ve settled in - should give me plenty of time to write. (It had fucking better). From May, I’ll be able to sit down in a regular schedule again and smash out some questing. There might even be a sniff of an original story.
