Hello Nikolas! I would not recommend listening to any files while doing other activities. 1. The listener needs 100% focus. 2. All the files are designed to set the listener into a trance state. That being said, with the phrase files they are designed for the listener to be tranced out while subconsciously saying the phrases in their head and out loud. It's a different philosophy but tends to work well. Ingraining thoughts, ideas and sayings into the listeners subconscious brain. So they don't even need to think. It all comes naturally.
