Hello !
We go back in time following Shigaraki who needs to have Machia on his side, so he can have his quirk. And, by having the respect of this Titan, maybe he's gonna have the respect of the Doctor. Two people who are really loyal to the Master and would just accept to work with Shigaraki. And we have also the boss of the Meta Liberation Army contacting him, ordering him to come to this place… I think we're gonna finally discover what happened with this "explosion" which killed a lot of people, and also how the alliance between this Army and the League Of Villains happened (and if it's one, truly).
I just LOVED the flashbacks with Shigaraki as a kid. To learn that he doesn't remember his life before meeting his Master, meaning that he doesn't know how he murdered his family but he also has no memories of being connected to All Might's mentor, of being happy, of having a real life in act. And to learn that these hands on him are from his dead family. It's so symbolic : his past, what he did to his family, is still hurting him, blocking him, hiding his face, shocking him, and his Master had that power on Shigaraki.
