Both Damien and Tae knows how to deal with Nocturnals, so they were ready for the attack. Mara had no idea she was going to get electrocuted. 2- Tae is stronger than Mara at Mara's current state. She is a starving succubus. Very very weak for her kind even if she is one of the most powerful Nocturnals there is, in her state even a mediocre Nocturnal can best her. ;) Hope these answer your questions!

2019-04-14 15:19:04 +0000 UTCWarning: Long post incoming! I like that in the world of NU it's always raining. It gets you in the mood and adds to the atmosphere of the game. Same with Mara's default personality. It's refreshing that you try a different approach to your usual cunning MCs. NU is also the most extra when it comes to special effects; you really put a lot into it. Poor Luca. I know he's supposed to be this little brat, but I can't help but sympathize with him. I feel like the Legion is using him to get to Mara. I just hope that Luca can become part of Umbra; he and Ae-Ri already bicker like siblings, so I feel like he would make a great addition. I'm still a little confused about Nocturnals and their strength... When Mara got hit by lightning, she survived because she stole some life source from Tae. But how did Tae survive? Also, he seemed in better condition than her (even with the whole life source stealing thing). Even Damien survived and he is human. I definitely don't trust Leo. There may be a part of him that loves his daughter, but I also feel like he wouldn't hesitate to use Mara for his own goals. He gives off creepy cult leader vibes (that dad joke tho <3). I'm also intrigued by his and Val's shared history. Having a soft spot for your enemy and not being able to ruthlessly kill them makes for good drama. I am so in love with ex-angel Valerius, it's not even funny. His lines are the best: "You don't have to use your ability on me." And the CG is sooo pretty, especially the feathers. <3 I also love his character, that he is kind of manipulative and secretive. He claims it's for our best and he means well, but that's exactly the issue. Self-righteous, an inability to see another perspective, hardheadedness, holier-than-thou attitude. He also has great fashion sense. He's already my fave. I'm curious about Val and Keelan's relationship. We get a little glimpse, but nowhere near enough! If Keelan was the one who helped Val out, why is he under Val's order? Is he just that chill? I think it's realllly great that we can choose whether we want to leave or not, I actually thought about that since the prologue. NU is a world of grey. The Ascendency has a point, Umbra has a point, and so does the Legion. They are all sketchy and imperfect. I don't know how complicated this will be for you with the story branching off, but I'm hella excited for it!

2019-03-17 12:26:25 +0000 UTComella, the visual novels and dress up games are hosted on separate servers, so I don't think it's a website related issue. Are you using a vpn software or ad block? One of these two could be causing the issue. Try using a different browser or if it's a network issue, waiting for a while could help, since these games have more than average loading time due to their heavy image content. =)
