I've listened to so many of your hypnosis audios and really enjoyed them, but had a hard time understanding why and how. Perhaps I'm just slow regarding the process, but now I can't wait to go back and re-listen to the past audios again. Thank you for this audio gigi. I've been trying to figure out how to ask about the concept but didn't know where or how, but I feel I get it even if only a little better.
