This is the design of a character from a story that I imagined he has the power to control sand. I'm yet to decide if he's going to be like that, but I loved the ambiguity about what's on his mind; would it be the hair or a hood?

He can move sand so fast that it turns to glass to attack enemies, as if he were a glass gunslinger. GlassLinger.
