ULTIMATE FUSION - BETA 3.5 Details

*NEW We will need a little more time to deliver a satisfactory Betav3.5
Things are progressing smoothly.
*NEW Feet and shoes can now be swapped and hats can be added without changing the hair style. + capes and ears.
There are about 5 new possible hair layers to help fusions look better.
*NEW We have a few new characters added but we want there to be at least double for the v3.5 release. Good news is all 200+ have been split for addition to the generator, however we have to add new layers to be compatible with the improvements for v3.5.
A specific date will be set in a future post.

PROGRESS
- Every character has been prepped for the splitting process and have already about half of them spilt and finished.
- We have compared every fusion in the last BETA and have and will continue to create new conditions to produce better looking fusions and fix problematic ones.
- (an example would be making sure Sonic doesn't lose his spikes and Mario always has his hat etc.)
WHAT'S NEXT?
- To continue adding new parts and improving the fusion algorithm to produce better results.
- Adding more characters to find any other possible problems before the big 200.
- Fixing the size and alignment of the characters on screen.
- Adding full palette control and textures
- OC character creator
OTHER
By the next BETA update we hope to have all the characters ready to just be added to the generator.
We are not sure how many but we will try to add as many characters as we can for the next BETAv3.5 update, but the characters will be chosen once again to challenge the generators algorithm and uncover potential bugs.
(We could easily add only compatible characters and most fusions would look fine but that wouldn't help improve the final generator)

A few main ones are weapons, hair under hats and helmets, blending the head with the body for characters like Pikachu. Horns on helmets. RobotXRobot fusion method, wings that attach on the side for characters that show their back like Ponyta, belt attachedments, bottom hair, scars, tattos and more. We also have a color system in place but haven't decided the algorithm for colors and textures just yet.

Right now we only have a few more things left to have a fully working V3.5 and the new fusions are looking amazing! (It will be nice to compare them to V3 fusions in our next post.) We weren't really happy with rushing out V3 so decided it's better to release V3.5 when it's ready and can be enjoyed. This month we have a lot more to show and will be posting lots of details and screenshots about the fusions and all that we have been working on. Hoping to have a version you can try soon. Sorry for the wait but it will be worth it.

A lot will come down to vote but we want to make sure more obscure, less popular or side characters get a chance too. So we will probably have a separate vote for them.

For now you can change the skin color of every character, however we do think it's important that no one feels left out and that everyone can enjoy the generator so will happily make changes or additions to ensure that.
