DAYDREAMIN' DIY Basecap Set

Hi guysss ♥ Here is a set (my followers gift for 35.000 tumblr followers after a year!! I am so happy and grateful, you don’t know T_T) that I’ve been working on HOURS for over the whole last five nights and mornings, with the help of much coffee ofc to keep me sane this late~ I’ve started the rough idea ages ago, but I needed cap variations badly, so I pulled myself together and worked and worked… Seriously, this took sooo much time, but I think it was absolutely worth it cause it’s so versatile and useful.

Basically, these are several variations of big, cleaned edits of the basegame cap. The mesh itself is super pretty, but I didn’t like the huge size, so I tweaked it and also made 4 different placement versions, for various styles. On top of that, I’ve remapped the whole mesh for cleaner textures, and had to re-align the improved textures after that too (surprise, surprise, this also took me so many hours…). They come in 100 different colors, with leather/satin and duotone variations.

Also within this set, I’ve included some neat piercing rings for the cap, in 3 different sizes for all 4 for each cap design!! (so 12 files all over… anyone wanna guess how long importing and tweaking took? HOURS! yes I am proud!!). They come each in 5 colors, 4 basic metals and a pretty oilslick one, inspired by some cutlery that I’ve seen at my friends place *-* seriously, they are the prettiest spoons, forks and knives ever). Under rings category. 

For some extra variation, I’ve made another (hidden, that's why the main pic is blurred) addon, pretty logo motif decals in 40 different designs~ (this is tumblr exclusive since it adds the most effect, I felt this is fitting as a special gift only supposed for everyone there hehe ♡). They can be used on all 4 caps, and of course with every color. Under gloves category. 

For female + male sims, teen-elder. HQ compatible, pics taken with it.

So, that’s it, sweeties! Idk if I did the math right, since I am awake for really long now (it’s 13:30 here rn, guess who didn’t sleep again for 24h…), but with counting every file, swatch and variation, there’s over 960000 combinations to be made with this set… Phew… So, yeah, I hope you’ll enjoy!
