This was a special commission from a reader who wanted to see the girls deal with some DIRE consequences of their exploding weights. WARNING!!! This story includes health issues like diabetes, breathing difficulties, heart issues, unfitness, and joint pain.... and future installments get much DARKER so please DO NOT READ if you are disturbed or triggered by those dark themes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
ALSO important, this story is noncanonical. I wouldn't want anything too bad to happen to my gals for real.

Laurie was only in this installment for a little bit, but her section really lived up to her segment of someone almost relishing in all the struggles she's facing, a really really interesting perspective here. I also loved the little bits of concern Jen had, and yet her continual ignorance to these concerns was also a good touch. I especially liked her 'body diversity' deflection in there too, a nice dark yet telling comment. I think in this section Alice is also a star too, the showcase of her cheerleading struggles was very interesting to see, as was her attempts to deflect her friends concerns. The teaser at the end hinting even more mobility struggles was a lovely touch, one one that makes me hungry for even more, even some of Alice's more dangerous struggles. What can I say, you've really done a great job here with this piece, something which due to it's dark nature was likely a tough task, but you've met very well. The next section already has piqued my interest.
