2024-03-31 08:20:10 +0000 UTCAll conversation I've been exposed to about this media seems to fall into one of two categories: the simps who will excuse anything in it and come up with in-universe explanations to justify the visuals; and those who say "this has some really amazing ideas, but the pointless visuals make it hard to watch at times." Also, some of the stuff around the Cradle of Desire reminds me of the Wish Machine from *Roadside Picnic* and I'm wondering if that's intentional or a coincidence.
