It's been a tough month living with bipolar and I had to take a break recuperating with family out of London.
I'm back now and hope to serve up some more pictures before the end of the month.

I can’t imagine being in the grip of it, I myself struggle with depression and anxiety so I try to relate what it might be like to my experiences with those things, it’s important to put yourself first and take care of yourself first.
