Frieza's Hell

X3 Mostly drawn for giggles, I didn't finish this one simply cuz I put in too much effort drawing the plushies, and didn't think my audience would get too much out of this drawing, since Frieza is kind of an odd choice for a tickle pic. =p
Maybe with some verbal input, I may just give it a finish sometime. ;P
