Finally made it to the end!

I had a lot of fun working on these, I really like the way the whole thing turned out. I find working on smaller individual characters designs like this is a great way to warm up for larger pieces and to help explore color combos.

While I tend to lean towards certain colors it never hurts to throw in something different here and there to play around with, and depending on the tone of the piece the new colors may work even better.

This was also a great project to not focus so much on making the perfect design for each letter. 90% of the sketches are the first pass at the design, so whatever I came up with is what I ran with. Too much overthinking can ruin pieces, so it made sense and made it more enjoyable to just go with the flow and let each letter sort of create it's own monster variant as I drew it.

Hope you all enjoyed watching this monster alphabet get created, I may try more small series like this in the future. Attached is a high res poster of all the letters together.
