Hey folks!
Here is my long-awaited Prince of Persia comic! It's a massive volume, coming in at 364 pages!

Prince of Persia (1989) was the first video game I ever played. I got it with my Acer i486 and I was instantly hooked. I loved everything about it. For a minimalist game, it had great world building. The Shadow and the Flame was also a great sequel.
What I especially liked were the stakes. A "game over" meant that the beautiful princess would be killed or forced to marry an evil old dude. Depending on version, you'd get this screen:
I hope you guys like the narrative depth I've added to flesh out the world and the consequences of the good guy losing. I've done extensive research on Jordan Mechner's production notes and intended plans for sequel characters and such, and have incorporated them into this comic in a lore accurate manner.

Yeah, I guess what I mean is that my art direction has changed. Since Power Girl, my art has taken on a flavor that now clashes with stuff from more than two years ago. I wouldn't ordinarily remove the past comic, but this one will be too thematically similar to have both around. In any case, that's why I'm giving people a month to download it before it's gone (if they liked my older take).

I guess, the Jasmine model looked like an Iranian auntee who was maybe cute in her youth, rather than a hot young princess... So I understand wanting to change that...but I think Aladdin and PoP are different enough to not replace one another, no?
