Here is my Cyberpunk + NieR: Automata comic! Coming in at 515 pages, it's packed with neo noir action - both sweet and spicy! 😋

Originally inspired by 2B's amazing cake 🍑 (no lie), I was further drawn in by playing Automata for the first time last month. I'm still working through the game and it is one of the most thought-provoking narratives. It's probably the best take on Existentialism by a game since SOMA.

I'm a big fan of the noir genre. The idea of struggling in a chaotic, godless world with no hope of redemption is a really compelling narrative to me. The whole "Forget it, it's Chinatown" sentiment, so to speak. Both Cyberpunk and NieR have this common gene in their DNA.

As high-flying as this might sound, I'm just trying to add some heft to what will essentially be a high-brow lewd comic, much like my other works. So don't expect Citizen Kane. 😅

To give you guys a synopsis - 2B has somehow been hurled 10,000 years into the past, landing in Night City circa 2077. Her heavily damaged frame is repaired with ancient cybernetics by Delamain - the only other artificial sentience living in Night City. On this side of the Blackwall at least. 😬

Cyberpunk being a very transactional world, 2B is compelled to repay her debt to Delamain and perhaps find a way back to her own time. Being a combat android, she initially tries to cash in as a mercenary. But taking damage on the job and subpar maintenance force her to consider other work.

Fortunately, Delamain runs a VIP escort service for the well heeled. And 2B's unique physiology makes her suited for Delamain's more . . . discerning clients. 😏

Can 2B find her way home? Can she survive in this harsh reality populated by the very humans she was sworn to restore to glory? These are threads I will pull on as I weave my tale. Also 2B's ass. 😄
