What a... thoroughly exhausting week. Just on a national, almost cosmic scale. Nothing... y'know, personal, like happening directly to me and Leslie in the sense that someone physically came down and punched us right in the throat. More just... the feeling of it, on a national scale, the threat of that neck punch. I really wish I had more to say, but it's uh... just kinda hard to do much of anything beyond look on in horror on my social media at every horrible thing that's actively happening, sandwiched between all the very nice art from people trying really hard to make your day even a little bit better. You know, when they're not slowly disappearing one by one.
It's kinda scary out there for adult comic creators like us, guys. Scarier than it's ever been before. But we persevere. We have to. Though bit of warning in advance - we got one more page left in this chapter, and then we're going to need a little break. We'll have more to talk about next update.

It's a rough time. My industry is booming and that's a bad sign. Rest is reasonable and you're not an operation with redundancies, take care of yourselves. I do like seeing Seth with the King, like seeing a mentor revert a bit around someone even more seasoned.

2025-09-20 01:39:27 +0000 UTCI love how King doesn't beat around and pretend. He straight up admitted he eavesdropped on the entire conversation. This allows Seth and him to be on even ground for what appears to be the start of a heart to heart.
