I love seeing new FoF content as it is my first and favorite of BtB's catalog. This is what I would consider a "filler" chapter...nothing really exciting happens, just the busy work and build-up for future events that is necessary to move the story along. I personally feel better ending a chapter with the sex scene instead of teasing it for the next one. Especially when the chapter doesn't contain a fleshed out scene already.

It reminds me that like the ATM machine early on, Jerry's super-power may be the magical economy of understanding technology and working with it, rather than trying to overpower it with brute force. I think it's a good endpoint if you're planning a big sex scene. If you think the chapter needs more sex, just get more graphic in the phone sex with Angie.
