First off, very sorry about the video quality. This was a quick help video for someone over on my Discord. But, I thought you all would appreciate it as well.
The problem with text is that you have to convert it to a mesh before you can do anything with it and it just makes things really difficult especially if you want to use a lot of different words and use Booleans to cut them into solids or add them to other objects and then once the text is done you can't really change the font or scale or edit the text or anything like that because it's already been converted to a mesh. (My third grade teacher would be so proud).
So, this INSERT (just put it into any existing KPACK you have) bypasses all of that because it's converted the mesh to a Geometry Node. BTW, I didn't mention in the video, but you can also use the solidify modifier (also part of this INSERT) to adjust the depth of the text, AND you can always use a bevel modifier on it as well if you like.
