For the first time, Young-Woo and Jun-Ho’s relationship hits a rough patch, as a miscommunication about their status and his motivations leads to unexpected tension. What starts as a small misunderstanding soon grows into something more significant, forcing them both to navigate the emotional complexities of their new relationship.
Meanwhile, the team takes on a case related to women’s workplace rights, which presents a unique challenge for Young-Woo. Balancing personal values with professional duty proves difficult, especially when the owner of the opposing counsel—known for advocating women’s rights—offers her an opportunity that aligns more closely with her beliefs. Another lawyer looking to woo Woo Young-Woo, perhaps?
Elsewhere, Kwon’s schemes continue to threaten Young-Woo’s position at the firm. Though his tactics remain clumsy and shortsighted, the danger is still very real. The question now is—will his own missteps be his downfall before he can cause lasting damage?

thanks for reacting to this! one of my fave episodes for sure!!
like Kerry, i also get emotional whenever i see women help each other. ideally, i want to be ryu jaesook. i want to be someone who stands her ground and has her principles intact. but i think i'm like a hanbada lawyer who will swallow my pride because the company pays well :(
i love this drama so much :(( thank you for reacting to this! hope you can react to juvenile justice and our blues soon!

This drama has really great writing. They've been giving Woo's team cases wherein their client/s wasn't the one us viewers would likely root for...
This specific episode is personal to me. Like if I could, I would share all my thoughts about every point they wanted to show, but I'm gonna spare you from a very looong comment... Just maybe I'd say, Atty. Ryu is the "ideal" person for me. When I was young, she's the kind of woman I'll probably look up to and I'll wish be my mentor. BUT I don't think it's fair she called out Woo and basically told her that it was disappointing Woo is working in Hanbada instead of being a 'real' attorney. I'm gladAtty Ryu got to do what she wants to do, got to serve for the women and the minorities... but it shouldn't make her view the other people in their field who work in companies as professionals who don't have the heart for the same classes. Also Woo needs her team to prosper (remember at the start of ep, she couldn't see how the contract was discriminating women until Sunshine explained). She's in the right place.
Btw this is TMI but I worked in different industries before and realized I'm not for the corporate world at all. I jumped to non-profit organizations and social work. Currently working in a foundation for empowering women and trying to eliminate poverty. I love where I am,like Atty Ryu. But in my previous companies, I met many great people too and I know why they decide to stay where they are.
I don't know if I make sense... hope you get it lol. Now let me check your recos while I wait for the SVT contents to drop few hours from now:))
