Why new subscribers almost never comment

Love to you too.

2024-07-26 13:51:40 +0000 UTCI don't tend to comment on the older videos as I refer to them in current and recent productions. However,I refer to and watch them constantly and lately, Sergio, I have noticed how your work has progressed in its creativity, not improved as such as they are fabulous already! I think newer subscribers should be aware of the older videos as they set the tone of your channel. For what it's worth, I think that if wasn't for your initial YT posts and the obvious gulf in quality between yours and other meagre attempt at ASMR, I would never be here. So thank you, Sergio. My love to you all❤❤❤

2024-07-26 12:32:39 +0000 UTCI actually had no idea collections were even a thing until you mentioned them 😵😬 I thought it was just your page that had these, but turns out it's a Patreon feature I've never noticed/utilized until just now.

2024-07-25 17:13:50 +0000 UTCYou also have collections for search. Im adding new lists slowly. I must add more.

2024-07-25 15:33:05 +0000 UTCPeople have shared a lot of the reasons as to why I think commenting on old videos might seem odd. I'll also add that it will depend on the video/model as well. Also consider that some of your other subscribed patrons might have already said something that is easier to just like (re: lazy). By and large, I think your 2nd poll point is accurate. (Sifting through old content on Patreon is also a pain in the ass, as it's not the most intuitive or responsive system when there's a lot of content.)

2024-07-25 14:43:25 +0000 UTCAlso, there's always new people so if everyone commented the conversation would never be old

2024-07-25 14:23:23 +0000 UTCThe problem is if people don't comment on old ones, for me it feels like they are not interesting for new subscribers, which fucks up a bit the sense of going in the right path. Not sure you know what I mean

2024-07-25 14:21:51 +0000 UTC(Tho I’m still the type that WOULD comment on your older posts if I was a new subscriber. Some of them are extremely inspiring 🤤)

2024-07-25 13:56:36 +0000 UTCI think the second might be true for more people. When I subscribe to a well-established patreon, I spend a decent amount of time scrolling through and browsing older posts (leaving likes as I go). If I enjoy the person’s work enough to invest financially I definitely want to see as much of it as I can :). People probably just feel more prompted to actually comment during “current events” because there’s a sense of conversation.

2024-07-25 13:20:48 +0000 UTCBoth reasons in the poll are valid for me. Also, most people are lazy!
