Huge fan of both movies and they're both wildly different! True Lies is fun and Heat is intense.

2023-05-04 21:40:16 +0000 UTCTake a look on the back. You’ll note no 20th century fox logo. That’s the give away of a bootleg and Spain has some funky copyright law that allows these things in Spain. They tend to look legit & even press on 50GB discs. But it is a known bootleg in the fan community. Apparently the source is a fan made upgrade of an HD D theatre tape (D theatre was basically an HD VHS format that lived a short life).

Like…the fact that it’s 2023 & I can’t own a blu ray of The Abyss or True Lies should be a frackin crime. He should’ve overseen the remastering during 1 of his 12 hour dives to the bottom of the Ocean lol.
