"oh wait Armin is literallly Bertholt" like ehm noo? if that's the case then Eren is Laura Tyber which doesn't make sense. "Mikasa's headaches are due to her ackerman blood resisting host, she is a slave confirmed " like ehmm she has been shown to have headaches after Carla dies and when Armin was almost killed which had nothing to do with protecting Eren. She literally punched Eren in season 1 epsiode 2, and has shown to disagree with his actions. "Eren always hated Mikasa, makes sense he always yelled at her to stop protecting him" Eren hated the fact that instead of him protecting Mikasa its always the other way around loool so it pissed him off, he was jealous of her strength.

Connecting that panel to what I think you assume being forehadowed here is absolutely impossible if you don't know what's going to happen. Imo the question whether this panel was even intended as foreshadowing for *** is uncertain to say the least.

Also when zeke said "were the only ones who understand" with the forest shot it was better implied in the manga, that was some very important foreshadowing but mappa made it a random forest shot here compared to the manga
