Percy Morphed into Merboy

Percy gets turned into a monstrous merboy by the mystical master of the mysterious organisation that captured him.
His new body also comes with the mental capacity of a goldfish, so he'll be happy to just pose about in the murky water of the tiny tank to entertain his owner.
