He has a version of Pinocchio attached to his back whose wooden limbs can stretch out allowing him incredible reach. He likes nothing more than to trap people as his little marionettes in his demented workshop.
Thought I've not done encasement in a while so here's Red Wolf encased in enchanted wooden shells, helpless to Ottepeg the puppetmaster's control.

This is great, both the clean and uncensored versions. Despite the happy puppet body he's encased in, I can't help but imagine Red Wolf grunting and howling in rage at this humiliating trap.
