I'm not sure about harem bait but this show is definitely full of jealous characters for various reasons. But bewb bait this show is definitely full of. Its actually kind of annoying and I don't mind a little fan service normally, this is just a bit off though. Its a little amateur is my take on most of the weird things in this show like the art style etc.

This novel was one of the trend setters back then. This is why what it does felt generic at first. This novel is from 2013. It's about as old as Reincarnated as a Slime.
