Chapter 39: Battle Of Monsters

Khaos Brigade Base

Greyfia and Mephisto were staring down Raziel. Both sides weren't making a move but sizing up the other. The fallen-vampire hybrid had a look of hate on his face as he looked at the two Devils.

"You damn Devils are like cockroaches. Why won't you all just die?" Raziel roared, frustrated that he failed to slaughter Mephisto.

Greyfia didn't answer the abomination; instead, she used her magic to create several icicles and launched them at the hybrid at high speeds.

Raziel responded in kind, creating crimson light spears to counter the ice attacks. His body started to glow with his powerful aura, showing that he was preparing a massive attack.

"I grow tired of dealing with you devils. So be gone from my sight, Crimson Radiance," Raziel shouted out the name of his attack, which appeared as a beam of red light that disintegrated everything it touched.

"Tsk, if that hits, it would be bad," Greyfia said to herself. She had also been storing up magic to match whatever attack Raziel would launch. "Subzero."

Greyfia said the name of her attack, which was not really an attack. She was just trying to freeze the light attack by lowering its temperature to absolute zero.

The silver-haired woman's plan only partially worked, as the light attack was slowed down to the point that she could dodge it. However, this might leave Mephisto open for an attack, so Greyfia instead created several ice and magic barriers to take the attack.

BOOM

When Raziel's attack hit Greyfia's barriers, there was a massive explosion that created a huge amount of dust and smoke, obstructing Mephisto and Greyfia from Raziel's sight.

"Come out of there, you filthy creature! I know you both are still alive," Raziel demanded. He could feel the two Devils' auras in the smoke. "Or stay in there and die."

Raziel created hundreds of light spears and aimed them at where he thought the two Devils were. Soon, the ground was filled with crimson light spears, but as the smoke cleared, Raziel was shocked to see that he had hit nothing, and the two Devils were gone.

"Where are you? Come out now and face me," Raziel roared in rage. He flew over the battlefield, sword in hand, looking around wildly for his two prey. "Show yourselves, you cowards."

"Ice shard," came Greyfia's voice from above Raziel, who didn't get the chance to look up before a huge ball of ice slammed him back down into the ground.

"You bitch, I will kill you," Raziel exclaimed after he broke the ball of ice that was on top of him. He looked up at Greyfia, about to throw himself at the she-devil, but was stopped by Mephisto's voice coming from directly behind him, leaving a question in his mind that he whispered out, "How, how the fuck did you get behind me?"

To Raziel, he could not believe that they managed to get the drop on him in his true form. For one, his senses are enhanced, and his ability to sense magic and aura is second to none. So, how did they do it?

"That would be my doing," Greyfia stated as she descended in front of Raziel and started to freeze his body. "Do you know that the Satanchia clan is known for their power of darkness and future sight? But what most don't know is that the clan is one fit for assassination."

Raziel had long realized that he could not move his body except for his eyes and mouth. He could see runes wrapping around his body from Mephisto and ice further restraining him from Greyfia.

"I simply used the power of darkness to shadow walk and hid us from your senses," Greyfia stated, clearing any confusion. She pointedly looked at Mephisto with cold eyes, sending an unsaid message. The ancient devil nodded, understanding, saying nothing about what he had seen here or else.

"Now, let's finish this," Greyfia said as the ice compressed along with the runes on Raziel's body. It almost reached the hybrid's head.

"Damn you, devils! I will have my revenge. Don't think this will hold me forever," Raziel cursed as his head was covered with runes and ice. After the hybrid body was fully encased, his body began to compress until it turned into a small ball.

"Thank Satan that is over," Mephisto said with a sigh of relief. He watched as Greyfia picked up the ball containing Raziel and stored him away in her magic storage. "What do we do now?"

"We wrapped up here and then go help my husband if he has not taken care of Rizevim already," Greyfia ordered as she started to attack the Khaos Brigade members around her, eliminating them.

"That sounds like a good plan," Mephisto replied as he too started firing spells at the enemy. He knew Naruto wouldn't want to deal with Rizevim on his own, so it was best they deal with the other enemies before meeting up with him.

Scene Change

Naruto was running through the base in search of Rizevim. The reincarnated shinobi knew he was close to the bastard when teams of devils from the old Satan Faction started to attack him.

Naruto stopped when he saw Shalba Beelzebub and Creuserey Asmodeus blocking his path. He was annoyed that those two weak excuses for Satan's descendants had the nerve to stand in his way.

"Stop right there, you traitor," Creuserey said with a look of disgust on his face. He was posing with his arms crossed, which made Naruto want to laugh because he looked like an idiot.

"I have no time for you two bugs. Now get out of my way, or prepare to be stepped on," Naruto replied, his aura leaking from his body. He saw the two Devils getting ready to attack. "Fine, if a fight is what you want, I will let my familiar deal with you. Come forth, Stella."

The Jorogumo came out in her hybrid form. She looked like an attractive woman with black hair and onyx eyes. One would think she was human if it were not for her eight spider arms coming out of her back and the two extra pairs of eyes she had.

Naruto watched his familiar; she was as powerful as a dragon king, maybe even more so. He had given her the aura of the two dragon emperor's flesh he retrieved, and she gained power from each, putting her on a level with any powerful opponent.

There is also the fact that Stella becomes more powerful with each child she has, and as a spider, she can produce thousands.

The Jorogumo had given birth to countless numbers of her children, well, in a sense that she used his aura and semen to create them, which sounds like regular means, but it is not.

Stella species can produce copies of themselves asexually, but that method only produces a weaker version of themselves. Now, if they get a mate or a powerful captive, they can produce stronger children.

The familiar can also take over the body of her offspring if her main body is destroyed, giving her a type of immortality. Not to mention, she learns what her children do; they are kind of like the shadow clone technique.

"Stella, be a dear and eat those two for me," Naruto stated as he started to walk past the two Devils who had a look of fury on their faces for the disrespect the satanchia showed them by thinking a familiar can defeat them.

Shalba Beelzebub and Creuserey Asmodeus were about to attack the blonde devil but were stopped by multiple purple glowing giant spider legs that came from Stella.

"That's quite enough out of you two," Stella stated as she attacked the two Devils, not giving them any breathing room. "Your fight is with me."

"Get out of our way, insect," Creusy shouted in anger at the familiar, not noticing Shalba's eyes twitching as he felt insulted by how his fellow Satan descendant used the word "insect" like it was an insult.

Stella didn't say anything; she just went on the offensive with curse poison claws raining down on her enemies. The two Devils dodged and quickly got out of her range.

Shalba attacked with the holy light of all things, surprising Stella, but she was able to dodge it with little difficulty.

"Stay still you are, bitch," Creuserey exclaimed as he tried and failed to cut Stella into pieces with his blade.

"How about no, you loser," Stella insulted with a smile. She then spit out a massive spider web, capturing the descendant of Asmodeus, who cursed all the while.

"I will kill you when I get out of this," Creuserey swore from his position within a massive spider web. "Shalba, get me out of here now."

"Don't tell me what to do," Shalba growled angrily at his fellow Satan descendant. "Get yourself out of there, weakling."

Shalba said this with a smirk, even laughing as Creuserey cursed him and promised to pay him back, along with the filthy familiar.

"Now, to deal with you," Shalba said, his face serious. Stella just looked at him with pity for his anger. "What is with that look on your face, whore?"

"It is because you are so outmatched, but you are too stupid and arrogant to see it," Stella stated as a matter of fact. Shalba was about to speak but was cut off by a shooting pain in his stomach. He glanced down to see Stella's spider claw in his gut.

"How," Shalba asked, blood freely flowing out of his mouth. He could still see Stella in front of him, several meters away, to his confusion. Realization hit him when he saw her dissolve into spider web—it was a decoy created from webs.

"You are finished," Stella stated as she watched Shalba struggle in vain to escape, but only spread her curse venom. It was a result of Samuel's curse that eats away at anyone who comes into contact with its body, mind, and soul, and her venom, which paralyzes her prey.

Stella watched as the curse venom spread, but before it reached the head, she opened her mouth inhumanly wide and bit off Shalba's head whole.

Stella didn't eat the rest of Shalba because the curse could still affect her if she ingested it, so she watched the body turn into purple goo and evaporate away.

"One down, one to go," Stella stated as she turned to the still captured Creuserey. She honestly thought he would have been able to escape by now, but she was disappointed at how weak the man is.

"Damn it, Shalba, get me out of here," Creusay screamed in anger at being unable to break the spider web. He tried magic and his blade, but still nothing.

"Shalba is in no position to help you right now, but I will be happy to have you for dinner," Stella said, her body transforming into her true form. If Creusy could see her now, he would piss himself. "Try not to move around too much; it will ruin the meat."

Stella's mouth opened wide, and she bit down, chewing Creuserey, who screamed in pain as he was eaten alive. He could not believe this was his end, being eaten by a bug.

Scene Change

Naruto made it to a large, decorative door and knew that prick Rizevim would be behind it, so he fired a magic bullet and blew the door to pieces.

"Ah, Naruto-kun, what do I owe this visit?" Rizevim said from behind a desk, with Greyfia by his side.

Naruto glanced around and saw that this must be Rizevim's office, with its books and expensive-looking furniture. However, none of that mattered. The rage and hatred in Satanchia's heart exploded at the casual way that son of a bitch was acting, as if he hadn't attacked his home and his mother.

"I am going to kill you," Naruto declared with confidence, making Rizevim smile as he got up, while Greyfia's brother tensed at the killing intent.

"Then show me how much you've grown, Naru-Chan," Rizevim replied mockingly. But Naruto could see he was ready for battle, a burst of demonic energy destroying the office. The battle began.
