[WIP] Curved wall stairs

I know the curved rooms are pretty glitchy so I use them scarcely but still, I really wanted some stairs that would run along them. Using Ravasheen's mod that teleport sims autonomously (and actually, a new version that she created especially for me π), you'll be able to use the stairs in 2x2, 3x3 or 4x4, all different wall heights, and with separated railing available in 3 styles and many swatches to choose from.
