The walking dead has some of the largest audiences when it comes to reactions. Just check on YouTube. There are plenty of shows they watch I'm not interested in, and that's ok. If people vote for it, either join along or don't but I don't get the trying to convince them not to. And let's be honest, on YouTube, they would get a massive following, because TWD is an extremely good show for reactions and has a massive fan base. So many reactors gained a lot from starting that show.

TWD is 177 episodes, at 3 episodes a week it's over a year. At a reasonable rate of 2 a week that's still nearly 1.5 years. It has so much filler and terrible plots (my opinion) after S 5/6 'ish' that it's just not worth it. Even if they stopped at S8 it's still well over 100 episodes. I hope it stops gaining traction in polls as it's really disappointing for the 80% who don't want it. Black sails, Vikings & The last kingdom would be perfect for sometime this year. They have a good amount of action and story telling, with well written characters, and they aren't too long/filling. Perfect show size for a reaction. A lot of the shows they have reacted to the past 18 months have been 'modern' setting, so it would be nice to get something in the History/Fantasy/Medieval era again for us fans who have been waiting A LONG TIME for something like that. However, the Expanse is a great winner and finally something I wanted won! Praying for one of those to win sometime soon, but don't have too much hope with the way the polls have been going :/

I’m happy TWD is still being considered as a replacement to BCS. After seeing the polls I decided to start rewatching it and I forgot how good it is. Definitely gonna be a great reaction show for sure. It’s very grim but you get used to it 😅

Hoping it's on your cards at some point in the near future, especially considering 1) it's only 7 episodes long + 2) because you may be planning to watch 6-8 seasons of 'The Walking Dead', which could take quite a long time :)

You will LOVE the Expanse! In my top 3 shows of all time, all genres. I really enjoyed the early seasons of TWD but, overall, the writing in The Expanse is far superior, more complex, comprehensive and interesting. But TWD has such a broad fan base, it would be good for your channel to watch both shows. And it will be fun to watch Pudgey gag at all the endless creative and disgusting ways they've imagined to kill zombies.

I agree. Plus, I think it’s a different experience when your binge it. Watching it live is what made most people lose interest because they started releasing 8 episodes at a time and with too much time in between seasons. Then all the spin offs. It is a lot, but for me it was worth it. Great characters and I need to know how it all ends! I’m invested.

Yea no doubt def worth checking out. But even the most hard-core fans will admit it drags and gets stuck in a cycle of the same thing over and over again. The quality of the early seasons unfortunately gets lost the longer you watch.

I agree 100%. We stopped watching shortly after season 5 began (we watched it when it aired, not on demand). It just started getting so repetitive, no progress, no end goal in sight. We began not being able to tell one episode from another. Just a blur of sameness.

I’m one who has stuck with Walking Dead - late to it in 2016, I watched 6 seasons in 30 days - you’ll love it. It lost many viewers but I feel it picked up series 9-11. I also did Fear the Walking Dead all the way to series 8 too as it ended. The main show is a big show to commit to & I’d hate for you to stop at 7 or 8. Some amazing characters and a great show for you both to get stuck into.
