My guess is that the next season just starts with the music that wakes them up each day and it's all the players who are alive with a bunch of new players to restart with the 456 and a new variation of red light, green light.

2025-03-08 02:18:07 +0000 UTCInsane cliffhanger. I did think season 1 was a bit stronger, but neither Gi-hun or any of the people he met besides Il-Nam knew how brutal it was going to be. The ships captain playing along for two years and taking Jun-Ho out so many times is sus for more than the obvious reasons. Just a theory, but I believe In-ho is messing with Jun-ho. He knows he lived, the captain has been giving In-ho info about Jun-hos continued pursuit of him. Like you guys, I did feel Gi-hun should have picked up on 001s I'll intentions, but I believe he was too hyperfocused on getting the VIPs that he failed to see the one right in front of him. I think season 3 will air in the June possibly? Great watch. Glad some of the people like the older lady and the pregnant woman were safe for now.

2025-03-07 00:14:14 +0000 UTCGuys, I gotta say, they never stood a chance of getting past all those guards, let alone with 001 constantly plotting against them. Jung-bae’s death was so painful to watch, and the worst part? They killed him just to break Gi-hun’s spirit. They could’ve just taken Gi-Hun out, but nooo, they had to let him live and watch his friend die because of the game. Again. Pure manipulation and evil. Now the poor guy must be drowning in rage, sadness, and guilt. Overall, I really enjoyed this season! Sure, there weren’t as many deep connections between characters, but it makes sense since the focus was on Gi-hun’s mission to stop the game. I have a feeling that next season, they’re gonna be twice as cruel to the remaining players. I’m also super curious to see the rescue team in action, and what’s up with number 011. There’s some serious potential in those side stories. Let’s see what next season has in store… I’m scared!

If you look at the numbers on the backs of the three players, these are players that were in our game and still alive as far as we know. Most notably, number 100 was the really mean older guy who was in debt like 10 billion won and it definitely looks like it's the back of his head. RIP Jung-bae, that hit me so hard! Gi-hun is going to go ham when he finds out that was the front man, can't wait until the final season comes out. Thanks as always for the great reactions!
