2024-05-01 14:07:14 +0000 UTCI never really got into the games massively so was going to swerve this but since your watching I figured I'd give it a go, so far I'm glad I did. From what little I can remember from the games Ghouls are just people who were massively over exposed to radiation (most when the bombs dropped) which has given them unnaturally long life spans, most lose their sanity and humanity and end up "feral" but some don't, they are no longer harmed by radiation like humans and it can actually heal them instead.
